We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value of our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase within 30 days, we'll assist you with a prompt refund. All sales final after 30 days. Please contact michelle@tattbling.com for more information on getting an RMA number. Any item shipped back without an RMA number will not be accepted.
